Write a blog as a non-native English speaker

As a non-native  English speaker, If you want to write a blog 
in English and in your native language,
in my opinion It's better to write in English first, and in your language later.

It doesn't mean you don't respect your language.
Just because, relatively it's easier to write in your native language of course,
but if you are not patient enough to translate in English what your wrote in your mother tongue,
people may not understand your blog.
Because it is written only in your language.
I think do difficult jobs first, easier jobs later for readers all over the world.
And do not be afraid of writing in English. Because you are not a native English Speaker.
